The worst car sales month of my career. Everything I touch has literally turned to shit. If I had not had an interview that went well yesterday, I’d be ready to jump off the roof.

Anyone who can do sales for a living has my respect. That’s a rough jerb. Doesn’t matter how much of a rock star you were in the last period; it’s all, “What have you done for me lately ?” Chin up, dude. I’m sure you’ll get out of your slump.

Look at it this way: if this is the lowest point it can only get better!

So true. Literally last month I was second in units, first in gross. And it’s still sucking.

As someone who sold insurance (yeah, regarded about the same as car salesmen) for 25 years, I can tell you that I know your pain. Hang in there, it always gets better.

My dad sold insurance for 30 years. I watched it destroy him...

I retired from it when Obamacare went into force. (I specialized in Health and Life) I saw where it was going and took my stock I had earned over the years and put it into an annuity. Went to work part time for a Lowe’s store and am living off the annuity, handyman income and part time work. Happiest I have ever been in my life. But I have almost no expenses except taxes, credit cards and my vices.
